Incomparable!
One patient told my son David, who is my office manager, “gee, your father is kinda blunt!” It’s is true. I say what I mean and I mean what I say. So, when we say “Second Home,” I mean, SECOND HOME! These will be individual homes with 4-6 en suite bedrooms. That means each room, will have a closet and its own bathroom. There will be a common area, the den. There will be a kitchen, where the meals will be prepared daily by the staff, IN THAT HOME. This way, we can accommodate for the individual tastes of each of our family members. Each home will be staffed with 4 members with 2 during the day and 2 splitting up the late evening and early morning hours. They will help with grooming as needed and continue promote self-sufficiency (i.e. actually mastering shaving!), meal preparation, and facilitation of daily activities both in the home and outside. We plan to have 20-25 of these homes per property! Of course there will be some pretty fantastic common areas, but more on that later!
Oh, one more thing, we plan to build small cottages on the property for visiting parents! Incomparable!
